I’m Shelby, the founder of Party Lanyards Ltd, and this idea started at a party—like all the best ones do. We began the night with a stash of lighters, but by the end, none could be found. As a joke, I told a friend to tie one around his neck so we wouldn’t lose it. At the next party, I did just that—I tied a lighter to a string around my neck—and it was a game-changer. It felt amazing to be so prepared, and that small moment sparked an idea that grew into something much bigger.
What started as stocking stuffers for my friends at Christmas 2023 has developed into a dream—now with so many more accessories and possibilities available!
